Tatyana Tandanpolie graduated from NYU with degrees in Journalism and Africana Studies and is a Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholars Program alumna. During her time in the journalism institute, she strove to amplify marginalized voices, particularly that of Black women and queer folk, in her stories. She has interned with CityScene Magazine, Dispatch Magazines and\u00a0The Columbus Dispatch<\/em>\u00a0in her home of central Ohio, covering arts, entertainment, business and features.
