Melody Chan  

Melody Chan majored in journalism and politics while at New York University. While originally from Hong Kong, she grew up in Toronto, Canada. She has held near-consecutive internships since sophomore year at publications such as Straus News, World Policy Journal, Bolivian Express and France-Amérique. She has also worked for the Legal Aid Society and the New York State Attorney General.

In the fall of 2018, she will begin her studies for a joint JD MBA degree at the University of Toronto.

Keely Quinlan  

Keely is graduating from New York University with a Bachelors in Journalism and English from the College of Arts and Sciences with a minor in Studio Art from the Steinhardt School.

After moving to New York in the fall of 2015, she started working at MSNBC as a research and news intern, assisting in the production of morning broadcasts. She then became a contributor at Galore Media in 2016, where she wrote features concerning pop culture, music and politics for online publication. She is now currently freelancing for Galore and Teen Vogue.

Keely Quinlan

Anne Cruz  

Anne is graduating from New York University with a Bachelors in Journalism and Politics from the College of Arts and Sciences with a minor in French studies.

After working as a copy editor, copy chief, and news editor at the Washington Square News, NYU’s independent student paper, Anne studied French and European politics in Paris, France while working as WSN’s abroad editor.

In addition to her work at WSN, Anne has also freelanced for Teen Vogue and the Synapse, an online education blog.
